​Dine with The Sheikh is a unique cultural program held in The Emirate of Ajman in the UAE.

It is opening the doors to our Palace in Ajman and inviting international guests to experience traditional Emarati (local citizen) cuisine and culture.



I personally welcome the visitors along with my family at our home, in the traditional style of the country.  I enjoy the exclusivity of one on one and whole group discussion on numerous topics pertaining to the UAE; it could be about culture, tradition, environment, family, spiritual and some secrets that the West is not aware of and more.

The visitors walk around the palace and are able to ask questions. I tell them about my family tree and show them pictures of the family on the walls and some anecdotes about the local community. At the time of serving dinner it is an opportunity to savor traditional authentic dishes of this region. At the same time, experience the legendary Arabic hospitality usually around a meal, hosts and distinguished guest will socialize further. Guests leave the palace having made new friends among the Emarati community with a truly better understanding of our beautiful culture.

Proceeds from the tour are donated to un-sponsored children and single-parent families in the UAE at our local charity called Al Ihsan. This charity was founded by H.H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of supreme council of the UAE and Ruler of Ajman. It was officially established in 1998 and is dedicated to providing care to disadvantage individuals and families including widows, divorcees, the disabled as well as a abandoned women and children.

Anthony Robbins and his Platinum Partners visited the beautiful country of the UAE - Dubai and Ajman for a once in a lifetime experience. They had the pleasure of spending an evening with Sheikh Abdul Aziz and his family, in a gesture to show gratitude to the Anthony Robbins Foundation for donating to the Al Ihsan Charity.
